Living with a unique physical trait like three breasts can easily consume your thoughts. I spent years battling shame, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts about how others saw me.
But eventually, I realized:

I started to actively challenge negative patterns:
- “I am not defined by others’ opinions.”
- “My uniqueness is my strength.”
- “My body tells my story.”
Repeating these affirmations helped me slowly retrain my brain.

- Focus on gratitude: I started celebrating what my body allows me to do.
- Control the narrative: Instead of dreading comments, I began owning the conversation.
- Choose empowerment: Every time I step outside with confidence, I reclaim my power.
